Pepper Sweet – Shishito Oriental

60 Days  |  This Japanese favorite is a beautiful pepper. Producing lots of 2 to 3″ long peppers, this plant is a bit of a gambler. Most of the fruit is mild or medium… but once in a while you will get one that makes your eyes water. It is a thin walled pepper, roasting or grilling easily. Popular in many Asian dishes, especially stir-fries.
