55 Days | First introduced in our 1902 catalog! Plants medium height; leaves somewhat waved and crumpled, branching outward at the tips. Inner leaves cover the head well, foliage medium green. Self blanching heads of good depth, solid, ivory white 6″-8″ blossoms. Early and very even at time of maturity and requires prompt handling. Adapted for summer and early fall harvest and used in districts having a short growing season.
