85 Days | Legacy is an improved Allsweet type watermelon. Rind dark green with light green strip. Average weight 22-25 Lb. with deep red flesh, although larger sizes can be grown. Large dark brown mottled seed. Productive, good shipper with an extended shelf life very popular with markets. Wilt and sunburn tolerant. Long oblong watermelon, Legacy is a good picnic watermelon a little smaller than Allsweet, but with all the flavor and color expected from this family.
