110 Days | This is the small sweet pumpkin that has made the New England States famous for their pies. Fruit is a good keeper, round, orange-yellow and excellent in quality. Sugar pie has been one of the best known pie pumpkins for many years, roughly the size of a cantaloupe. Once one of the most common pie-type pumpkins to see in New England farmer’s fields, they were prized for their fine, sweet flesh and traditionally used for making Thanksgiving pumpkin pies.
