Description
55-60 Days | A dwarf Bibb type, Tom Thumb will only grow as large as a tennis or softball size. Bibb type lettuces are beautiful bright green, tender and very flavorful. These 6″-7″ crumpled heads make one or two single person salads, and can be grown 2 or 3 per foot of garden space if you offset the rows. Literally 200 years old, this classic is also happy in raised beds, window boxes, and medium-sized pots. Due to its small size, Tom Thumb is a great early season lettuce, frost tolerant, and sweet.
