Description
(AP-18-24 in.) The Chinese Forget-Me-Not is very similar in appearance to the old fashioned Forget Me Not’s you’ll find growing in woodland spots of the garden but this particular type makes a far better cut flower. This perennial wildflower from eastern Asia is very adaptable and easy to grow in sunny to shady conditions. Unlike the common Forget-Me-Not, this variety will bloom in the first year, as well as growing over 18 inches tall, allowing for better cut flower arrangements. Suitable for beds and borders, flower seed mixtures, and the pollinator garden. Tolerates poor to average soils. Plant early spring to allow the flower time to get established. Plants will readily reseed in the garden. (Culture A-B)
