Description
40 – 50 Days |Â Tatsoi cabbage, with its mild mustard-flavored rosettes are a long time staple of Asian cooking. Spoon shaped glossy dark green leaves are great raw, or mixed into a stirfry. Extremely cold hardy will even survive under light snows. In warm seasons will grow taller, appearing like a chard or mustard, while in fall and winter will form flat rosettes near the ground.
