This is a roasting or dent corn, which is good for roasting on the grill or drying for making cornmeal. 8″-10″ long ears with 14 or 15 rows should be picked early for sweetest eating. 60/40 double ears to single ears, heirloom OP with seeds that can be saved and regrown every year.
