Spacemaster 80 is a bush type cucumber. Great for containers and small gardens, this short vine plant will normally only grow to 3′. The cucumbers themselves start out as 1 to 2″ cucumbers ready for pickling, but if let grow will become 6 to 8″ slicers. Developed in 1980 by Dr. Henry M. Munger of Cornell University. An improved variety of the Spacemaster with higher disease resistance.
