Description
Artichoke is a warm weather perennial, so in most of the US it will need to be in potted plants or started 6-8 weeks before last frost. These plants do take quite a bit of space, so transplant to a large pot or corners of the garden with plenty of space.

Plant 1/4″-1/2″ 2-3 seeds per pot, thinning to strongest plant. Transplant 2–3′ apart in rows 3–6′ apart.
